These videos are almost useless. This one in particular, should have at the very beginning, stated what issues it would deal with, rather than having to sit through the entire video, only to find it answered none of my questions….
My problem is the mass confusion as to how to connect and interact. I called in first, was told I’m not connected, etc. but could hear nothing. After trying that a few times, all with the same result, I then downloaded the Pro software, which I thought was going to enable me to connect via the web, and stream the audio. Well, it did & it didn’t, I still had to call, cause when it showed I was connected, on line, to the stream, (& could hear thru my headphones), & I hung up the phone, my entire connection disappeared too! Also, when I tried to talk, I found the link to talk was grayed out, and I was unable to. Also, when using the “Pro” software, it appeared to narrow the size of the live chat, hardly an upgrade, it’s too short, as it doesn’t allow you to see many of the participants.
I don’t see how you’ll be able to attract enough numbers of listeners/users, when you have such a steep learning curve, just to be able to listen & call in. For sure there needs to be much better instructions, or if you have videos, make what is covered explicitly clear, otherwise it’s like picking up a book, with no table of contents.
And frankly, no one has all that much extra time, to spend hunting around just to try and figure out what most other sites do, in a pretty simple manner…
